Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. If any issues with your order arise, please email us at north29candleco@gmail.com so we can help find a solution.

What should I do if my candles arrive broken?

We're so sorry to hear that happened. Please email us at north29candleco@gmail.com with a picture of your broken candle and your order number, and we will get a replacement shipped out for you asap.

Yes, we offer private label and custom fragrances for businesses or gifts. Please email us at north29candleco@gmail.com. Limited availability.

Candle Care

Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting each time. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Always burn candle within sight and always keep out of the reach of children and pets.
